Didn't have to pay anything for red light camera, speed trap , airplane warning or any other warning . Not needed to use your phone with radar. This radar comes with free one year of subscription of escort live app. But this radar works Fantastic without escort live app too so not mandatory to use your phone with radar all the time. But if u use escort live app with radar then you will know the posted speed limit and threats on your way encounterd by other users. With live app you can mute false alert easily by your phone .

You can also toggle each radar to on/off within the apps settings.
