• No. The Escort guarantee is only limited from the Escort website itself. Best Buy does not off any ticket guarantee, only protection plans on damage.

• The Escort customer service sucks at this point. It is a great detector - when it works - however, there is virtually NO customer service right now. Been trying to get in touch with them for four months with no response at all - and email is NOT an option. Very disappointed.
