You can access entry by fingerprint, code or key. My device came with 2 keys. At the bottom of the outside facing device you will see a large circle. That cover came be removed to expose a cylinder for your key.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with two keys. Yes it is keyless but that circular shape thing in the front rotates/slides to the side and exposes the key hole. Honestly is a pretty good product, the automatic locking is kinda off, meaning sometimes it will lock as soon as you close the door and sometimes seconds/minutes till it locks. You can take the automatic locking off so overall good product.
