You can find these on the support pages of the manufacture. Example...go to asus.com search for a say your mobo and under the support pages you can find Compatibility list for Ram, CPU and Psu and even sometimes GPuS. I found my processor works best with a 1000watt psu because of a turbo feature in the bios for my processor. Without the 1000watt psu if I had the turbo feature on the system would freeze during GAMING....SOON AS I PUT IN THE 1000WATT PSU TURBO MODE ALL DAY BABY! My gpu is asus rog strip and Radeon rx 5700xt
