If you're willing to pay market price, you can get one any time on amazon or newegg. If you want to get it at MSRP, you need to: 1) sign up with a GPU restock notification service (I use FALCODRIN) 2) monitor the restock notices closely 3) login to a previously established best buy online account moments after the GPU restock notice 4) put the card in your cart and check out immediately with a previously established payment method This procedure does not always work -- but I understand there are best buy GPU restocks 1-2 times monthly.
