• It seems they ran out, if you ask care they will tell you it still comes with the preorder bonus digital, which in english means nothing, if they further investigate they will tell you to look back later. It seems they ran out and haven't done a good job updating information about the outage. They cancelled many people's preorders seemingly because of this, assuring them that if they reorder they will still fill their initial preorder steelbook requirement.
