The steelbook is currently sold out. Any orders made as of this  time will not have the steelbook included. Wait for a restock.

Yes and maybe, I talked with them and they said if you pre ordered ff7 rebirth, and it matter which edition, you will get a steelbook like, it will either get delivered later or the same or there will be an option to deliver for free since ff7 rebirth preorder is basically required to come with the steelbook
