• Also picked up my pre-order and no case. They told me they would let me know when its ready, but yeah it sucks not to get it at release. Like you said don't hold your breath.

• I just picked up my pre-order for the standard edition and got no steel book. The guy behind the counter really had no clue either. So I wouldn't hold your breath.
