In the past when i have preordered from best buy, and i speak from ordering Overwatch, i received physical bonuses in the mail along with the game, and digital bonuses in an email on the release date.

The codes will be emailed to you on 6/20 for the official launch. All preorders, regardless of purchase store, will receive the item codes for 6/20. However, you should be receiving an email this week, if you have not already, to register for the early access.

You only get early access when you preorder with square Enix not with Best Buy. And the early accesss will be a little bit before release. The square enix preorder email says yu will get early access "a few days before release."
