Yes as long as you select the older age group when you select the 3 year age group it’s very restricted but the older age group lets you access a lot more like Netflix kids and YouTube kids

Hello Sc, You can download Disney plus to a Fire 7 kids Ages 3-7 (2022) 7" tablet with Wi-Fi 16 GB by going to the parent dashboard > Go to appstore > search for Disney Plus> download it.
