Hi Nanna! The Amazon Kids+ subscription is a membership through Amazon(Monthly fee ($5.99 for Prime members, $7.99 non-Prime) plus tax). There currently isn't a cellular plan to use the Fire HD Tablets because it is a Wi-Fi-only device with no SIM card slot or cellular radio. I hope this helps!
