Hello, I would suggest going into the Fire TV app that was downloaded when setting up the recast. Follow these steps to get help from Amazon regarding your product: Settings (bottom right of app on Android) >Help & Feedback >Fire TV Recast >App Issues >Other Issues >Then you will be able to connect via email or phone so they can help. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had trouble with this too. Go to the on you want to delete. Right before you would play hit the menu button on remote thats the one top right with three horizontal lines. On screen in lower right you will the option to delete recording. Use large middle disc to select. Then you choose delete again. I don't know why the delete sometimes appears by the item your watching and sometimes it doesn't. But the menu button always works. However you cannot be watching the show. It should just be highlighted.
