• You need a fire tv stick for each tv to communicate with recast over wifi. If you have a 4k tv then get the 4k stick.

• No, only one recast. It will connect to all of your FireTV devices. You can even watch your locals on an Echo show if you have one.

• It only talks to Fire TV devices so you need a stick or cube or FireTV box at each TV.

• This is an amazon product. Therefore you need a Fire TV device. Either a TV or one of the HDMI devices like Fire TV Stick. Then you access it via the DVR section in you Fire TV dashboard. To configure it you also need the Fire TV app for Android or iPhone.
