“Heart Rate Alta advertises heart rate monitor on the Alta but I cannot find the option. Has anyone else run into this issue? Or can you instruct me how to set up the HR?”

• Charge HR has heart rate. Alta does not.

• The Ulta does not have Heart rate capabilities.

• Sorry but as far as I can tell there is no heart rate monitor. I really wanted that and thought it had that feature when I bought mine. When I tried to figure out how to set it up I looked online at the website and it states the Fitbit Alta doesn't have a heart rate monitor. The Charge 2 and the Charge HR have it as a next step up but not the Alta. They might decide later to come out with a Alta HR but I don't think that's anytime soon.

• This one doesn't advertise heart rate monitoring and doesn't have the heart rate feature. The new Charge HR does, though. You may want to exchange for that one.
