What is your return policy on Fitbit? null

They are very good. If something happens to it, they will just send you a new one. Don't wear it in the water. It's water resistant not water proof.

Bestbuy's Return policy on most products(the fitbit counts) is 15 Days form Date of purchase. If you are a Elite or Elite Plus member You get 30 days as an Elite and 45 days as an Elite Plus. All the info is at the bottom of the site where it says "Return & Exchange Promise"

Bought it in 2020 as a gift. Never used. Have receipt

It should have the similar return policy like other bestbuy product. You can get it confirmed from Best buy support as well .
