Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to follow the directions carefully. My husband thought it would be simple to set up and just put in the batteries. After pulling the tab where the batteries are you have to remove one of the batteries and leave it out for 10 seconds then put it back in, make sure to have your phone handy and have the app already on your phone. Also, if you don't have an account with Fitbit (which I would assume you do) you will have to create one before you can complete the set up.
