Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to sync my Galaxy S7 after several tries. I found that you initially need to have the computer, phone and FitBit all together. Once you have done the basics in the computer and phone to establish (initialize) the account you need to shut down both the computer and phone before typing the code into your phone from the FitBit. Wait a minute or two then start the phone ONLY. Complete the request to sync the phone with the FitBit by typing in the 4 digit code (when requested) that appears on the FitBit. If you don't shut down both the computer and phone the FitBit may somehow go off line and the sync will not complete. Don't turn on the computer until the sync between the phone and the FitBit has been successful. Once it is complete you can turn the computer back on to finish your setup and monitor the results sent from the FitBit. I'm not sure why the two devices sometimes compete with each other but they do. It may have something to do with the operating system in either the phone or computer - I'm not sure. My wife had no problem syncing her FitBit using the same S7 phone I have without shutting down her computer. Initially I couldn't get mine to sync until I used the process I have just outlined above. Good luck !! Once it is synced they work great together and the FitBit is far better than the Garmin I tried before getting the FitBit.
