Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Log into your Fitbit account first. Then make sure you have Bluetooth and data connected. Once you log in, click ADD a new device. It takes a few minutes to sync. Keep your Fitbit near the phone while syncing. This should work. My Fitbit is connected to my Samsung phone and I had the same issue at first. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The fitbit is a wireless tracker it needs Bluetooth needs to be turned ON and it needs your internet connection to work, and if that doesn't work restart your phone. If that does not work, restart both your phone and tracker. If it still doesn't work it call Fitbit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you download the Fitbit App from Google Play Store and pair it from there?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Bluetooth feature on your phone should be turned on and make sure that no other device is connected to the Fitbit. If that doesn't resolve the issue, unpair the fitbit and start over.
