“Does this Fitbit take my blood pressure? Also if I’m giving showers, will it mess up while I’m doing so? Or should I tuck it under my gloves and wipe it off when I can? (I’m a certified nurses aid)”

No, it does not take blood pressure and it is not waterproof.

FitBit says that their products are rain proof and splash proof so you would need to use your own discretion about keeping it on while giving someone a shower. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It takes your heart beat but not blood pressure. I would not risk getting it wet as it is not water proof. i have splashed water on mine accidentally and cleaned it off right away but I have not soaked it in water nor what I do that.
