yes they have two sizes - the large will accomodate a pretty good size wrist. they also give tips on line at website on how to choose or measure the size needed for you

They come in small and large. My husband can actually get the small around his wrist. He’s an average sized guy. So my guess is the small would work. But to be sure, check the listing or Fitbits website. They give the dimensions of both. Then you can measure your wrist and decide.
