Go into a store because they have a size chart on the side of the box that you lay your wrist on to see what size you should get. They only come in small and large so I'm sure you will be able to fit in a large. To me it looked like a pretty large size wrist that would be for a large man. It has an adjustable band like a watch that's also another reason I think you would totally be fine to get large.

Depending on what size your wrists are you might wanna go with a medium or large. So you can tighten it to fit your needs.

I have very small wrists, I usually can't keep bracelets from slipping off, and the small size fits perfectly on me. The strap does have notches for adjustments but it's still sized for a smaller wrist. This is also available in a large band size, which does fit a larger wrist like a man's width.

Maybe the Large size would. I would tie a string loosely around your wrist and then measure the string. Then check out the guide to see the size that it fits.
