Yes, it can track stationary bikes.

It doesn't really do that. If your band is large enough you can strap it to your ankle and get some steps that way.

You can track spinning (as an exercise option) for heart rate, calories, and active minutes, but it won't accurately record your RPMs (or spinning "steps"). I use a second (and previously purchased) Fitbit One on my shoe to get those "steps" counted. There is an exercise selection for Yoga, but I'm not sure how well it works as I've never used it.

It definitely does not track stationary biking! Very disappointing since I bike a minimum of 30 miles a day at the gym. It does a fair job with outdoor biking.
