“Can I use this as a silent morning wake up alarm? Is the vibrate strong enough or adjustable?”

• You can setup an alarm on the tracker and make the alarm repeat. There is also a smart mode that will try to wake you up during light sleep as opposed to deep sleep and does this within a 30 min window of when you want to wake up. The vibration will wake me up easily but some people im sure that might not be the case. The phone alarm doesn't go to the fitbit, at least on my phone.
