I haven't seen any directions as to how to get the time to stay on. However if you have the Fitbit app or connected to a computer you can set it to where you just double tap the screen/body area and it can display time, steps, heart rate or miles depending on what you set it up for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No you can not I think that would be a battery drain. You can double tap the watch strap to show the time. You can also set the double tap to show any other info by default. I set my double tap to show heart rate, useful while exercising.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no option for continuous display. I would imagine this would drain the battery rapidly. There is an option that time will display when you raise your wrist.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It does have a mode that displays the time when you quickly rotate your wrist (in a gesture you'd naturally make when looking at your watch).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not show continuous time. It would be a nice feature though.
