I have not tried it on the ankle but I have the Charge HR and the HR function is a huge waste when working out. I am an athlete and I push myself really hard and at one point it was reading my HR at a resting level. If I could do it over I would just get the Charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use it on my ankle when walking w my daughter in a stroller. It is relatively similar in comparison to the HR on my wrist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wear on my ankle when I do my spin class, and I have not had any issues with the tracking my heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No need to wear it on your ankle. If you just want a step count, buy a pedometer. You can pick up a decent one for less than $40. The heart rate monitor is not as accurate as a Polar with a chest strap but its been within a couple of points plus or minus. I like my Charge HR. I had the Flex for a year. It was okay but the battery finally died after one year and with the design of the band, it was prone to falling off .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used my HR on my ankle and it doesn't record my heart rate, it will however record steps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never tried it, but you'd have to have a tiny ankle, even with the large HR
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Fitbit flex. I wear it on my ankle and I have no issues with it. It is more accurate for the step count on my ankle...I love it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not believe this would work on your ankle, then again, it would depend on the shape of your ankle. It may keep your steps but I doubt the accuracy would be there and it would most likely not pick up your heartrate remotely well or accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have not tried on the ankle. This would be very tricky especially to capture your heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
