“I have a new fitbit charge that I'm trying to set up. The site is asking for a four digit number that supposedly shows up on the fitbit screen but we never saw it. Is there a way toget this information on line?”

Go to the Fitbit website and look up setting up your Fitbit you have to put it on charge and hold the button and the number will pop up.

Hold the side button down for 3 seconds and the 4 digit number should show up. If it doesn't show up try holding it for 12 seconds. And if it stills doesn't want to work it's probably because the screen is not working.

You will also need to enter your email or cell text centers to get confirmations. Hopefully you still have your box you purchased to apply the info needed there.
