• I went to buy mine online in the afternoon and it was sold out in all the Best Buys within 50 miles and unavailable for shipping. It was available a few hours later when I checked again at night and I was able to make my purchase. I had mine delivered since it was free shipping.

• I was told the same but when I asked customer service that "I could see there are couple of HR available"..... they were able to find eleven pieces in same store.
