When mine became loose, I started using a narrow velcro band - like one you use to hold computer cables together. That worked great for an interim latch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get a thinner wrist.... unfortunately there is nothing you can do. you can always get the classic fitbit clip on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you will be fine wearing the Large. When I taped my hand, it said I needed the XL as well. I then found out quickly that you coul only order it from Fitbit directly in that size. I found a friend that had the large and I can actually wear it on the 3rd hole from the end. It fits quite comfortably and I have plenty of room for expansion or even if my wrist gets smaller.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would call them. That have excellent customer service 877.623.4997. My guess is they don't have a work around, in which case I'd use tape for the time being, you'll lose weight and it will fit in a couple months. I'd also buy the best buy protection plan, that way if it gets damaged you can replace it! I am a fitness behavioral and mental health consultant and have all my people wearing them. I'm on Facebook as healthy happy relaxed.
