My cracked after a couple months since I'm clumsy and smacked into a rail. Fit bit replaced my arm band with not questions. Excellent customer service. They just need your best buy receipt information.

I purchased a 2 year service plan so my Fitbit will be covered for this. I recommend to always get a protection plan. Otherwise i don't think the store will replace it without that.

They gave me store credit even though I was past their super short return period. Otherwise you have to go straight to Fitbit.

You can if you buy the $20 plan. But you can save the $20 and just email Fitbit. They will send you a new one, Just explain your issue, if it can't be fixed, they send you a replacement.
