Actually this item came out for a time being as a presale/test run through Fitbit. Fitbit only released so many to each store that would be carrying them as well as on Fitbits site! I was one who was able to get this item during that time. They, Fitbit, are as of now filling orders and sending them out. You couldn't even order on website until a few days ago. I don't work for Best Buy but...my assumption is now that Fitbit is in full swing to fill orders BestBuy should have within a couple of weeks. I keep checking myself as I would prefer to buy through bestbuy then fitbit.
