how often does this have to be charged? null

I charge mine about every 7 days. It gets fully charged in about an hour or so

Every 4 to 5 days so one or twice a week max.

i turn off bluetooth on my phone, only sync manually a few days so the battery lasts almost a week

When not connected to my phone via bluetooth, it last from a week to 10 days, but when connected to my phone i charge it every 4-5 days.

I get about 4 days including activity tracking at the gym.

About once a week (every 5 days or so).

I charge mine once a week and so does my sister. When we do charge them though they are pretty much out of battery so I don't think they would last much longer than that.
