To get the most detailed sleep tracking data (your sleep score), you need to be a fitbit premium member. I had this on my Versa and now have it on my Sense. Check it out.

The tracking doesn't accurately account for broken sleep -- like if I fall into a deep sleep around 9p, wake up around 1a, then actually get ready for bed. If I wake up at 6a, the Fitbit will say that I got 5 hours of sleep, when I really got closer to 9.
