This device was not designed to detect the medical emergencies. This would require sophisticated software changes. It does connect by Bluetooth to a mobile phone. There are some Bluetooth specifications that allow a remote device to use a phone to make phone calls; example is if you use your car to generate a call on your connected phone. I imagine that your request is possible in principle, but subject to large technical and administrative risks. How would you test this functionality?
