“I recently purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 smart watch. I took off the small size band to put the large sized band on. I am following the directions but can’t get the band attached. Can a Best Buy employee attach the band for me if I bring it in?”

I do not work for Best Buy so I can’t speak for them. My wife wanted a different band and I ended up Googling how to change it. After watching it I was finally able to do it.
