• Yes. All Fitbit products come with 1 year manufacturer warranty, whether it is purchased from Best Buy or another retailer.

• yes.. and fitbit is pretty good about helping you solve problems with it.. Keep a receipt or proof of purchase handy as they would ask for it BB has their geeksquad protection you can buy
