Load time includes update checks and other stuff that takes quite a while to load each time you start it, but it is worth the time.

It will depend on your download speed as well as possible issues one may have with the Wifi. The software is 154 GBs and, because I was having issues the first night I attempted to download the software, it took about 6 hours. However, because of messing up the software when I had attempted to move the game over to another drive, I had to redownload the software after accidently deleting the software. The second time around, I was able to download the software within 3 hours. Of course, my Internet speed is 220 Mbps.
