Yes, there is one seaplane in the game - the Icon A5. And yes, it does support water landings. I've flown that plane in some interesting areas and landed in the ocean off of Bora Bora. It's not the fastest plane, but for me very fun to learn and fly. BTW - be sure you have a decent video card before buying this game. For some reason I thought I could get away with my Intel 930 that is packaged with my i9 processor but that was a mistake...wouldn't even install. I put in a 1080Ti and it's better, but there are still times it's not smooth as possible.
