Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do other physical discs work? if they do, it's probably an issue with the game disc and not the Xbox. I would go back and get a replacement. It should work since I have a physical edition and have been playing it on my One S with no issues. Another potential problem could be storage since the game takes up roughly 100 GB. Make sure you have enough space on your console.
