“I have purchased this twice and both times when I try to redeem it Apple says You are not eligible for this offer. I have had and cancelled my paid subscription waited a few days and it still says that. Anyone else have this problem?”

That means you’ve Used Apple Music subscription countless times on that iCloud you willing yo redeem the one that was labeled to not be eligible
