“Hello, When I try to sign in it tells me that I am not qualified. I am a returning user (I stopped my subscription about two months ago), what makes me "qualified?"”

Many free trial promotions are only available to new subscribers or customers who haven’t had an active subscription for a certain period of time. If you’re seeing that you’re not qualified, it’s possible your previous subscription makes you ineligible for this particular offer.
