“Has anyone actually been able to use their "free" 3 months of apple tv? The app on my tv kicks me out immediately when I sign in. The website I was told to go to to redeem my code doesn't exist and it took me a dozen tries to log into my account on my mac”

Yes, we were able to use ours. We downloaded the app on our Samsung OLED TV, created a sign in and it works. You'll have to subscribe though and cancel at the expiration of your FREE trial
