Please try again later.You actually get access when you purchase the apple product and register it (like setting it up with your Apple ID ) once you use a Mac book iPhone or iPad you can go through subscriptions on app and access it.. it’s really simple you may want to call apple support if you still need help. They can help you navigate better if you are not sure how to access your subscriptions.
