• It might be in your spam folder. That's where mine was. If you want to get the full 3 months, go back to the store and they'll reload it for you

• If you made a purchase in store, you can likely still view your receipt through your Best Buy Membership history. The code and instructions should be located underneath the transaction details. If it was a digital order and the instructions are not in your order details, try to reach out to Best Buy customer service (online, not in person) and see if they can retrieve your information.
