QuestionThere is a white box on the lower part of the back that has a dial that turns. What is that dial? It is not addressed in the owner's manual at all. There is also a circle and two lines.

QuestionHi there. The description of this freezer for the smaller version (16.6 cu ft) says that it will keep food cold for up to two days if the power goes out. Is that true of this freezer (20 cu ft)? Are the walls thick like that? Thank you.

Temperatures of 32°F (0°C) and below will NOT affect operation. Additional compressor heaters are not recommended.
