• Hello Redd. The refrigerator is not designed with a water reservoir for cooling. You may find water stored in the line will be cooler. We do recommend using ice for more chilled water. Kindly, Anna

• My husband solved this problem by installing his own large coil of peck tubing into the inside back of the refrigerator to allow the water to sit in a cold environment prior to dispensing. The amount of tubing acts as a reservoir.
