The technical manual that comes with the unit lists running power draw between 0.5 and 1 Amps (about the same as a cell-phone charger). Unlike most larger refrigerators, the manual does NOT list the requirement for an independant 15 Amp circuit, so you don't have to worry about where you plug this in (It should be fine plugged into the same outlet as a countertop-microwave, blender, or toaster).
