“Is this 9amps or 12amps..BB says 9amps but other sites including Frigidaire's site says 12amp..i bought this because it said 9amps.. Need to know before installing.”

You can verify it on the retailer's site if you go to > "From the Manufacturer", just below the "Questions & Answers", then you can scroll down to the bottom section of the page, the column for Amps (Cool) is below the dimensions (height, width, depth) column.
