“First time using the oven, I hear a loud cracking noise. Checked and the glass in the oven door cracked. The oven was purchased in July-who do I contact?”

No problems with ours . My guess improper handling sometimes minor glass scratches durning transport from truck to or during movement install pure speculation unless defective manufacturer install from factory. glass even tempered can crack it expands with heat. I would exchange it . Call your store. Hope this helps.
