If the product was cold when you unpacked it, please open the door to let the interior reach the same temperature as the room; then try to set the temperature again. Also please check that you are not in Celsius temperature display and the reading is "10". Press the button at the bottom of the control panel (if it switches to Farenheit, it should read "50" on the display).
