Hi. The manual is online, and can be downloaded from the Frigidaire website. As to installation, you will need to find someone local to do it. It is not terribly hard, but will require some drilling, etc. -and the microwave can get heavy, so it is best to do with two people. I also recommend a large cardboard box on top of the stove to hold the microwave while you attach it.
